TERRY

Terry Dukes being his full name (dont
EVER called him Terence!) comes from Portsmouth in Hampshire, England
where after leaving school he became an apprentice in HM Dockyard
and learned to become a Fitter and Turner. He was born on 21st May
1962, but despite his increasing age (!!!) retains handsome and
youthful looks!! He learned to dive in the UK in 1994 and became
a PADI Instructor in October 2002 after gaining 5 years experience
as a Dive Master. Hes a shark fan and hates anyone
that eats Shark Fin Soup and refuses to eat in any restaurant that
has shark on the menu. Terrys passion is diving and making
his guided dives fun and interesting for his divers and remains
in touch with many of them. Early in 2003, he did the IANTD
Advanced Nitrox Course (See Terry Goes Tech) an the in September
2003 he completed a IANTD Normoxic course allowing him to dive with
Trimix. In December 2005 he completed the IANTD Normoxic Instructor
course. He would like to continue down the "tech" route. He is a
wreck fan who not only loves to dive wrecks, but also to research
the history of the wrecks he dives.
TRACY

Tracy Louise Dukes (nee) Donaldson (thats Tracy
WITHOUT an "e")
also comes from Portsmouth and after various administrative roles
trained as an Accountant and has worked as such for various companies
including Portsmouth NHS Trust, Portsmouth City Council and IBM.
She was born on 12 January 1972. She also
learned to dive in the UK following a Try-Dive in pool which was
a Christmas Present from Terry. She qualified as an instructor
in 1999 in the Tioman Islands in Malaysia and is now a PADI
Course Director. Tracys love is teaching and is particularly
pleased to take on students of a nervous disposition. As a result
she has many students either continuing immediately to the next
stage or tracking her down later on to continue! Her other
passion is wildlife, particularly monkeys but always has time for
any animal!!
